What we store
We store the account details needed to sign you in, the records you create, and the files you upload for warranties, subscriptions, and insurance.
We also store your personal display preferences such as language, currency, and date format.
How document extraction works
When you upload a receipt or PDF for extraction, the file can be processed to generate candidate structured data.
Extracted details are only suggestions. You review and correct them before saving a record.
Access to your information
Records and uploaded files are scoped to the signed-in user account.
You can update, archive, or remove information from your workspace as the product allows.
